It is very important to us that your order is despatched and delivered as soon as possible and we always do our best to ensure this happens.
Delivery is FREE if your order is over £50.00 (UK Only)
Standard delivery is Royal Mail UK 1st class £3.50
Please allow 3-5 working days
UK Royal Mail Special Next Day £6.75
Item will be delivered the next working
day if orders are in by 1 p.m.
Please note that if your products are not in stock and your order cannot be despatched for next day delivery, you will be informed and a refund of next day delivery charges will be given.

Handwritten Gift Notes
Please type your gift message at check out and we will include a handwritten gift note within your package.
Don't worry, if you are sending a gift, we won't include any prices in the package.
Returns/Exchange Policy
We hope that you will love your purchases, but if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied we will be happy to give you a refund.
Please complete one of the following forms:- Returns Form or Exchange Form and return your purchase unwashed and complete with all packaging, along with proof of purchase, within 14 days of receipt stating the reason for returning it. A full refund will be given less delivery costs. Exchanges will be send out free of charge.
In the unlikely event that goods received are faulty please return them to us with the original receipt within 30 days and a refund or replacement item will be issued.
Customers are advised to obtain a Royal Mail tracking number on returned goods. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels and strongly recommend that you obtain suitable proof of posting when returning goods.
Customised Products are not eligible for refunds.
All refunds will be in the form of the original method of payment.

Where are our products made…..?
Fabrics are sourced from all around the world, but we are proud to say that our products are made here in the UK by happy people, putting lots of love and attention to detail into your purchases.
Does Blue Butterfly care about the environment…..?
Absolutely!
We are constantly seeking and searching out ways to make Blue Butterfly as green as possible and will continue to do so.
Our products are not made in a big factory, therefore we have very low emissions and recycle everything we possibly can.
Every care has been taken to describe our products as accurately as possible. In some cases slight colour variations may occur through the colour reproduction process.
Dimensions are approximate and may vary very slightly.
Packaging
As well as being the perfect new baby gift, we think our products are a bit special and therefore deserve the gorgeous gift boxes, bags or baskets that they come in. All packaging is included free of charge.
You will be pleased to know that our gift boxes are made from recycled materials.
We have a feeling that you will want to recycle the boxes, baskets and bags yourself, as they are super handy for keeping things in at home, such as nappies and nursery supplies etc….
Where can I buy Blue Butterfly products?
At present, exclusively here on our website.
We are not currently retailing our range, but we will keep our website updated should that change in the future.
